The Institute examines how organizational design, leadership, workforce capacity, and policy affect implementation and alignment across institutions.
How engagements work
Engagement can include diagnosing conditions, applying a framework, selecting measures, and using the findings to inform ongoing systems design. The scope can range from one organization to work across agencies.
